Add "Titles" based on Chess.com

Looks like a normal title, but is like green so u know it's a chess.com title. CM-2200 FM-2300 IM-2400 GM-2500. These can only be collected in Rapid. NM is if your top 2% in your country

The biggest problem is cheating. But that could be solved by another requierement: your account has to be at least 1 year old

And your account would have to be investigated

Also top 2% in a country is nothing, I'm in the top 1% globally and I'm under 2000.
