app keeps losing my daily puzzle streak

I do the daily puzzles every day, never miss doing one. It shows I have a 10-day streak, a 15-day streak, etc. but about every couple weeks it doesn’t record it. I solve it and the next day I come back and my streak is at 0 days.

Can someone fix this bug?
