I just played against someone named [removed] who accused me of cheating (which I certainly did not - he just blundered) and then he sent me a message saying that he knew me and would kill me. Do these guys get booted off chess.com? It would seem to me that this behavior would warrant imeediate banning, or do we just accept it.

They can get removed.

There is a link in Support for reporting serious abuse,

/ But Chess.com doesn't want abuse accusations in the forum.

Probably, that player will only get a warning and not get a ban because the last time I reported someone being a racist did not get banned when I checked the account.

The account was banned.
