I sent an email to customer service and they apologized and refunded my ratings points. Just take a link of the games you lost, and send it to them

The site seems to have been crashing in recent weeks. Disconnected from live chess today, and cant get back on. This is the 3rd or 4th time in the last 2 weeks.
Anyone else noticed this?
