Bullet lag on phone is on nacceptable

I will no longer play bullet on chess.com. I am not good with a mouse and have no interest improving. Mouse skills and chess skills are two different things. I'm pretty fast on a touchscreen anyway. However, chess.com is complete trash from your phone. Unplayably bad. I'll give one example that has happened at least 50 times to me. my gripes don't end here, but this is the deal breaker: I have been in a time crunch with several different opponents and WATCHED THEIR TIME HIT 0.0. THE GAME DIDNT TIME OUT, AND ABOUT A SECOND LATER THEIR MOVE IS MADE. more than once this has resulted in ME flagging. I'm assuming it's because they made the move in time, but it lagged. My clock started running after their move (which didn't register on MY side) and therefore I'm LOSING TIME while the lag catches up. In bullet this IS the difference between winning and losing. If this IS ALSO HAPPENING when I'm NOT in a time crunch, I'm unfairly losing TIME EVERY SINGLE MOVE. Either match players with other phone users or DISCONTINUE THE APP ENTIRELY. AS DEVELOPERS ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE FAIR PLAY, NO?  This is NOT FAIR. it's not my opponents faults, of course..the responsibility falls on chess.com and ONLY chess.com.  I prefer the UI and many features of chess.com to lichess, but I'm done with this nonsense. Cancelling my membership, moving most of my games to lichess. Disappointing. 

ALSO, it should be noted I play 2/1 generally. And I've flagged PREMOVES which is mathematically IMPOSSIBLE if this BS app worked properly. Screw you guys, I'm going home.
