Chess.com! now you've done it !

You played well and I didn't know the community could be this toxic towards Japanese players, oh no...( ̄ヘ ̄ |||)
Don't worry Shinjuku-san, I will pass down these words with me as long as I'm still in chess.com community. Even if you're in hectic life, please continue to like playing chess, since this unpleasant incident you might not wanting to play western chess anymore but we still can play GO or Weiqi though, which are more friendlier XD
Wish you success in your career and stay fit! 🙏

I wish they would have reported those players who said those things, and kept his / her account active.
1. That is wrong of people, were not in the 1940s were in 2020
2.Chess.com staff doesn't choose which color someone is, its just random and I think its fair
3. When you win someone by time, it is a draw if you have insufficient material to checkmate at the time the game ends, it means you could not have checkmated anyway. If you have sufficient material to checkmate and the opponent runs out of time, you win.
4. I don't really get what you're saying.
5. Staff is actually very friendly, and you have no obligation with the site if you are a free member - it is a service to you.

I have requested many times that chess.com let a forum member hide from themselves the posts of others that are trolls, abusive, etc. Every other forum that I am a member of has this feature. I have requested this publicly and in private messages to Eric.
But in the name of "freedom" chess.com prefers to let trolls say whatever they want, behave however they want. Chess.com values the presence of trolls and racists more than they do the presence of people who want to talk about and play chess.
They tell you to report trolls and report racist abuse, but when you do, they take several days to even respond, and then it takes several more days before that actually delete the offensive posts and warn the trolls.
Because of chess.com's tolerant attitude toward trolls, I have greatly reduced the number of times I come here. I dropped out of a tournament my seniors club was having, simply because I do not want to waste my time coming to chess.com every day.
When I do come here, a pop-up appears urging me to get a paid membership. I just laugh. I would never pay for enhanced access to a site that is just another internet zoo.
Seriously, OP is just being a prick.
1) If you get hateful messages just report them lol.
2) No you are not always starting as black.
3) Read the rules of chess.
4) I have no idea.
5) You are comparing a chess website with a country.

@Epiloque yours is a typical troll answer.
@ Antonin 1957 I agree with you, when I started participating in the forums I sensed something was wrong with the answer of some people there, everytime holding the same position with the same techniques, coming in groups to break any good thread because somehow these narrow minded people think they are doing a service to chess.com typically the trolls which are widely tolerated ( if not promoted under the table or over the table because this can be seen from the long distance) by this site when they believe the site is under attack, here lies the problem they have no clue to make a difference between an attack and a good thread ( this is the typical limitation of the censors and censorship as a whole ), later they claim they do it on the name of freedom, it is sickness from sick people, a pity for everyone in the community which has to put up with this inmature host or landlord position, a landlord with the Peter Pan complex who refuses to grow up.
Okay, I had enough.
I planned to delete my account back then but I was busy with work and couldn't even log on nor play.
but it's time to say goodbye and end it.
also chess.com workers, I dare you to answer my questions instead of simply deleteing my thread just cause it's "easier"....
Reasons I quit chess completely
1. people easily curse me just for being japanese such as "I'm happy America bombed and killed japanese people" and when I simply say "shut up", I get msg by chess.com that I hurted people's feelings and that I lose 8+ points, while those ppl who cursed me, lose nothing and gain my points.
2. I realized that Chess.com is doing bad things to me on purpose. such as letting me start as black almost 90% of times even though I stopped declining games and continued to play as always even though I always started as black, I still continued to start as black no matter what.
3. when I win someone by time, it's almost always draw... there was some games that it's made sense why it was draw, but some games that I checked, was supposed to be my win, 100%.... and yet it's ended up as draw??? but when it's opposite and a draw would be good for me, it's end up as his win, although it's suppose to be a draw (which would be good for me)
4. no matter how many games people decline in the middle of game, I never get any compensation (points) but when I do something as little bad as that I lose points, it's like everyone else can do whatever they want to me, but I can't.....
5. due to the reasons I mentioned, it's feel like this site is a dictatorship, kinda remind me of the empire of japan, but hey we're at 2020....
but yes i'm not angry at anyone, i have many american friends and i don't judge anyone but im just saying that it's really not nice that all those things i mentioned happens to me all the time, i also don't know why most of those who cursed me mentioned how "good" it was that the US bombed japan, idk how the killing of 100k innonce people is supposed to be a "good" thing,
but in my school they taught me that the best revenge is by forgiving, therefore i forgive everyone.
hopefully this thread will not get deleted once i delete my account, since im not sure i'll delete my account in 10min or so.
