Here it is! https://www.chess.com/settings/following . I bet it's in your settings! It has some overlap with what I see if I hover my mouse over where it says "social", but that may be difficult to do if you're on mobile.

I like that there is an option to "Follow" chess players, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way (or any way?) to bring up my own list of chess players I follow. Could this be implemented?
