Here's the problem with that:
1) If he is doing it based on posts, why does their message say "several recent opponents"? I have not faced him. Forum post readers are not opponents!
2) If they are using canned messages, read the message and make sure it makes sense before you send it off to someone! This again leads to the header of the thread. If they are just sending a canned message at random without reading it, and then not say anything about the incident, then where is the proof of truth? Not only is there no proof, but the canned message makes no sense. Why? Because clearly admins are getting paid to NOT do their job!!!!

The problem is that staff has completely given up on any type of "human interaction". Let the bots take care of things.

The rest of the "employees" don't deserve a dime of my money other than maybe the person that fixes a bot when it fails. Ok, one repair guy. There's another $1 per membership.

So $4 per year for Premium Membership! Explain to me why the other $95 should be paid for the service that is given???????

There are plenty of humans on staff, though the site is large enough that there is no way they can employee enough to handle all content, so automated process are employed as well.

Well, this needs to be fixed, because I am being accused of something that I assure you I have not done, and if it was really something else, the messages given is misleading, and helps nothing, because if a person is in violation in any way, they need an accurate statement stating what the problem is.

Hi admin, I keep on getting a board game that goes by the name opponent, cant make any moves or reject it, it appears every time I make a move on my other games and is slowing me down as I have to keep pressing play after each move to clear it but it keeps coming back on

Back on May 2, 2018, a user that apparently hated me took a post of mine with nothing wrong in it, clicked Quote, took the statement in the quote box, modified it to a vulgar statement, then put in the White area that he was reporting me.
I was muted until May 8th.
I sent about a dozen emails a day demanding an explanation. I even told them that their posting capabilities are insecure and that anyone can change quotes, and make it say "CheesePrix2314 said: xxxxx" where xxxxx is a bunch of obscenities! I told them OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN to CHECK FOR THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE FROM ME IN THE WHITE AREA BEFORE ANYBODY QUOTED ME!
It all went on deaf ears until someone who is a friend of mine and a friend of Shawn's (the owner) stepped in as he knew the way it was worded (broken English) was not even how I speak the language!
This is yet another case of the utter disgrace of admins NOT DOING THEIR JOB and Shawn told me that there needed to be major training back in May 2018. Well, I bet that training has not gone out to those who joined after May 2018, and we probably have rejects again going based on a complaint message they see and do not do a lick of investigating, just pop it into the auto-bot and have it spill out some massively inaccurate canned message that makes no sense accusing an innocent user.
I have tols chess.com then and will continue to say it now - if I EVER get my account closed or muted again without some burden of proof, I will go viral about chess.com's identity theft violations and lack of prevention along with defamation that they allow, and will smear their reputation with 100 percent FACTS and will MAKE UP NOTHING!
I also told them, if you can show me the violation - you do not have to tell Mr who filed the complaint, especially to avoid the risk of retaliation, just simply show what you claim I did with some kind of evidence - then I will shut up and serve the time.
It is that simple. You prove my guilt, I shut up and serve the time. You fail to prove guilt, I go viral on chess.com's defamation and identity theft violations, including the May 2nd, 2018 incident, amongst other violations.

You want to charge someone with a violation, accurately state the violation with proof (do not disclose who filed the complaint) or suffer the consequences for punishing based on weak to false evidence.

Let me make something abundantly clear! I do not chat in live chess. Haven't in ages! This is clearly a FAKE report that someone sent, and clearly the admins aren't doing their job and actually RESEARCHING their complaints before sending threats to their users!
I have received such a report a few times. I also do not talk in live chess - I think it's an automated report that is sent to you whenever someone reports you for "verbal abuse". And since the majority of people do not go on the forums - I think you can connect the dots.
What is more likely is that some snowflake on the forums decided that your words were "too much" and reported you.

First of all, this sentence is true if and only if the claimant adduces some evidence and discharges the burden of proof so as to prove its own case. Which, in this case, you, did not send any kind of "real" evidence that can be used to verify the information that was given.

First of all, there are a lot of trolls, and by a lot, I do mean a lot. Do you think chess.com community only involves you? Nah, think harder. Admins need to do a lot of things. Try to apply being an admin on chess.com. I bet you won't even last a day.

Ok, you got it all wrong.
Let me just show you a simple analogy:
A civilian was accused of robbing a bank. In the court, the person who accused the civilian must adduce some evidence: if not, then the case is dismissed, which means YOU need to show proof first, and then, if you show the proof, chess.com admins will show counterproofs of your proof. That's how it works. You should probably learn about how law works before making a stupid forum like this.

Again, you don't understand law.
If a cheater gets closed on chess.com, does chess.com needs to insert proof? NOPE. It's the cheater that needs to defend himself. So if you got striked with a violation, YOU should give chess.com evidence about why you are innocent. Chess.com doesn't need to give you proof.

any issue you have with cc thriller is best kept between you , here in forums folk who cannot help but only offer opinions can lead to you getting more frustrated and will not help you resolve this
mods are human and can make mistakes , bots with their algorithms also often get things wrong , cc admins realise this and tend to want to solve issues , but here all that might happen is the thread gets locked and you get advised to contact cc support
youve been on this site for a fair bit and cc do not want to lose you nor do you want to lose cc , its your go to chess site

Unless it has changed. Moderator "training" is basically non-existent. My "training"? A video chat with 3 people asking me how im doing, and what they expect. Once i received the Moderator Handbook i was told to follow it. When i did follow it, I was told the be more "lenient and understanding." "We dont want to drive people away."

See, unlike ChessPrix2314, you get it! ChessPrix2314 thinks I should have to impose proof that I didn'd do something, and says everything that I say is wrong.
You, however, are clearly in the same boat as me. A defendant that has no business being a defendant! The fact that you fully disable chat and still get these imposing threats from Chess.com just goes to show that this "automated" program is a crock of bleep! Someone needs to debug this issue! We pay you money! Make use of it on something useful! Like maybe fixing the system so that others cannot just try to frame you by making frivilous claims of chat abuse!
And if they don't fix it, maybe I need to take a different approach on getting the message across to these fools. Maybe I should just send a bunch of frivilous complaints!
I should send a complaint for every opponent I face from now on with the following guidelines:
1) If you win, I put in a frivilous trash talk complaint
2) If I win, I put in a frivilous complaint of the user sending obsenities to me, and accusing me of using a bleeping computer!
3) If you abort before the game begins, I put in a frivilous complaint that fits the scenario, like user blah blah blah is aborting against me because he had black, or because he refused to face a player lower rated than him, or some other frivilous reason that fits the scenario.
Clearly that's what everyone else is doing. As the Cranberries would say with their 1993 album, "Everyone else is doing it, so why can't we?"
Interesting idea! I don't really have the balls to do something this aggressive, but it would give them the message that what they have really is a major problem!

i would argue a differing view re cc moderators , it was in off topic forums , just after the charlie hebdo in Paris ,
a thead on t was made and i reacted angrily to an islamaphobic post , the next day my account had been banned , i got through to cc to find out why , and they said i was the one being racist , eventually i got them to realise their mistake and my account got renewed with a years free subscription in way of apology ,
after that ive felt that given chance they are good at sorting out errors they have made
so fingers crossed you will find they are on your side even if it appears at the time that they are not

B) I would bet that the REAL TRUTH is that I had a bitter opponent that decided to attempt to frame me (like someone did on May 2, 2018 on the forums) because they were bitter about the fact that they either:
B1) Lost to me and I refused a rematch
B2) Were winning and I wouldn't resign and they either stalemated me or lost on time
If the complaint is about something put in a forum post, then say that the problem is in the forum post, not live chess. YOU DO NOT HAVE OPPONENTS IN THE FORUM - COMPLAINT SAYS OPPONENTS!
If it is one opponent, say it's one opponent, not several opponents (I claim it's zero until you can prove it!)
They pay you money to do you job. DO IT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
