I find that feature very helpful when playing standard chess
One of the main points of 960 is there is no theory or opening books. Such a database wouldn't very often provide any useful positions.

Hello Chess.com
thank you very much for responding so promptly
however i disagree that it wouldn’t very often provide useful positions
the explorer feature I’m using in regular standard chess allows the user to ANTICIPATE future moves (both the user and opponent) so no preset database is required
Would you respectfully reconsider your position on this feature, and add the feature to chess960?
thanks in advance

I'm not someone that makes decisions. But the nature of 960 makes it so there won't really get a lot of games for each start position, do you're not going to have anything really useful.
Add to that, the way Explorer works, you would only be able to look at one person's games and there's likely not many master games in 960 to be that useful either.
