EXPLORER NOT WORKING

I've messaged chess.com five times about this. Only once had a reply and still no fix. What more must one do?

Use Learn > Explorer for now instead of the one in the Daily tab. Or click the Explorer icon. There's a bug in the Openings tab and staff are aware.

And here we are, two months later and it's still not fixed! It;s not enough for staff just to be aware: they need to FIX IT. This has been going in fir well over six month.s: I wonder if Erik knows?

Bugs get prioritized based on severity and impact and get worked on based on those priorities and those of other bugs and projects. New things can happen that get higher priority as well.

That's all very well, but explorer has been compromised for over six months. Surely it's time for it to be fixed.

@Fantasto: Six months only ...? Nearly all the problems Multi Club Arenas were launched with (21 months ago) are still the same.

Try to read Martin's answer like this: It's all about priorities. And now imagine, daily chess, vote chess and club activities wouldn't have any priority ...
