Hello Chess.com - App crashes when accessing profile or games

Wondering if there is a known fault to resolve? The App on iPad and iPhone crashes as users attempt to access profile or games within a profile of a member.
Same. There are a ton of different forums for this, but hopefully it’ll be fixed

If there is a Report a Problem in the app, it would be good to do that. Android has it, not sure if iOS does. That way the information is sure to be seen by the iOS app development team. They may not catch it in the forums.
A regular ticket could be done instead, https://support.chess.com/collection/343-contact-us and include the symptoms, app version and iOS version as well, in case it is specific to that.
Same here on iPad app.

I don't play on the mobile version, but I remember reading a thread that had this same issue, this one.
I have the same issue on iPhone and iPad. Will look into submitting a fault report.

This happened to me just an hour ago. I was playing against a player with username 13Anton and I kept crashing even when reopening the app. Profile picture didn’t show up (unless I opened it on a browser). This glitch can be used to cheat, as it makes people disconnect and lose time and so it exploits wins.

There's nothing your opponent can do to crash your client.
