I miss seeing the percentile I’m in

In the major update that happened a few weeks ago they removed a feature in the stats section that tells you how you rank as a percentage to other players on the app. It really isn’t a big deal, but having that was motivating for me to improve and learn more. Now it just shows I’m number 6,153,329… not as fun as being close to the top 10%. I’m not sure if I will ever reach that goal now.

It's still there on the website.

Good to know. Thanks

I would guess that, on average, players that play on a computer or desktop are generally a higher skill level than those who play on the mobile app. I assume this because most of the higher ranked players I watch live are on a computer (and I have never played on a computer). I would also assume that people who are less than a 1500 skill level care more about seeing the percentage they fall into vs the actual ranking they have. Your ranking is only cool to check when your in the thousands. My suggestion would be that if you only have room to display one on the mobile app that displaying the percentage would survey higher amongst mobile users.

Well,  I am just a moderator, another player like you so I have no special insight into the design process here..

Still, I would have to disagree that the percentile listing is more popular with any group of players.  Hundreds of players have made forums asking if their rating was good.  Few if any have asked about their percentile rank.

I would say then that the solution is to provide both on the mobile app. That way you know your rating and percentage (to know if you’re rating is any good).

Please bring back the percentile!
