ICC vs. Chess.com

I'm sure this has been asked 1000x (I looked and didn't see any great answers though) but any general thoughts (yes, circumstances will differ!) on how the same player's ratings will vary chess.com vs. icc?

I've only played bullet on both but I've noticed my chess.com rating is rather consistently lower than my ICC rating (by a lot). Just curious.

Thanks

I have played on both sites and my experience is that ICC members are stronger because there are no free accounts so you are playing against serious players that have paid a premium annual membership. On chess.com you have tons of free accounts so most of them are just casual players not interested in their rating as much. Also some just get a Gold(basic) membership just to get rid of the ads(not all but most). ICC seems to focus on lots of USCF events that are fee to enter but with prizes which Chess.com isn't doing. Yes Chess.com does have USCF events but they aren't exactly the same. I enjoy both sites for what they offer but sadly I don't want to pay an annual membership for both so I settled with Chess.com.
