yep you can get it back
from the mail id you had registered with that account contact support and ask them to open that account again . they will re open it mostly.

If you used a password on the account, not external authentication, and you have access to the email addresses associated with the account and remember the password, you can reopen it yourself.

If you're using the same email on your current account it probably won't work.
