LIVE: Chat Window SHOULD Open Automatically

The Chat window in LIVE games should have an option to be open automatically.
The default setting is closed, and you have to affirmatively click something to see your partner's chat in team games such as Bughouse. This causes players to miss important communication when blitzing moves.
Making it an option to always be open would be a quality of live improvement.
