live game captured pieces not showing

I can't see the captured pieces during the live game. It only shows the +.-  signs in the left bottom corner but no icons. Analysis mode is fine though.

Yes, web browser, chrome.

Seems like it allocates the space for the icons, left side of the +3 but just doesn't show up. I tried disabling all the extensions but nothing has changed.

I am having the exact same problem. My desktop,laptop and phone no captured pieces icons only the plus minus points. Just started two weeks ago. Please help with any suggestions.

Are you also using chrome browser?

Yes an up to date version of chrome.

Problem solved. Adjusted font size in chrome settings to medium (recommended). Thanks for all your interests. Hope this helps someone else.

Similar problem experienced using Firefox.

Solution was to reset browser's font size to 16pt.
