lost a game to AFK

So I was playing and winning a 30 min match, my opponent then said he had to go, and didnt continue making moves. I waited 10 minutes, was 6 min left on his timer. And then I got tired and opened snapchat while waiting. When I open the app again after 2-3 minutes. I HAD LOST... really???? It was even his turn! And he wasnt even playing!
So this is the thing, he has to be reported as he is stalling and stalling is not allowed:

But since you changed app, the system thought you were disconnected and counted you as abandoning the game, in that case you lost.

Thanks for the answer. He is now reported. So unfortunate that game thought I abandoned... I dont know what you mean by "give game inside" but I wrote date and time of the game in report.
