Network issue

I am leaving chess.com

I am a diamond member and have been experiencing connection issues with chess.com app in the middle of games for the 100th time.

My internet connection is really strong and every website works just fine. I have 5G network with speed of 400mbps. I checked this speed right after I lost the connection in the middle of the game. I really hope chess.com does something about this because I love to play chess online and I feel really frustrated and sad to see so many winning matches go away just because of the site being either overloaded or whatever it is... Thank you.

The site only can influence how robust the client code is at reconnecting, how to handle disconnects, and the site code and network. As far as I'm aware there haven't been any recent load issues that would cause connection problems.

Anything on your clients, local network segment, your router, your ISP or any of the many connections between you and the site are out of the site's control.
