Honestly some content are just lame and some others are better
Sometimes it does give away free entertainment, its alright to laugh around(a little bit) in my opinion. But it can be very irrelevant at times, so it's reasonable to try and STOP or evade from topics such as that.
Just get rid of the forums that are bad, not the entire thing itself. You're trying to solve this problem the wrong way.

OTF is the only enjoyment I get apart from normal chess, when this starts getting a bit boring to me. Taking away that will hurt the users who come to pass the time there.
