Every time I go to the Chess.com forums, The first thing I see is some spam post promoting some product, Facebook page, Phone number, etc. Most of these accounts have one thing in common, they are under 2 days old. I understand that setting an "Age requirement will not reduce the spammers to 0, but I'm sure that it will make it so that the first thing that people see isn't a spam post. The "Account age requirement" doesn't even need to be that old. Something like 3 days would be enough to reduce the spam posts by a lot.
