Problems of Awards

As of now (Mar 23, 2024), I love collecting awards in chess.com but I face some very unpleasant issues, as following-

The chess.com app ( Basically in the chess.com mobile app, we don't get any access to Cheers or Badges) and also we don't get the option to give someone Cheers or Badges in the app.

- The Showcase ( In the showcase we get the most recent awards shown, but it would be very nice if we could just put Books/Cheers/Badges/Achievements of our will in some empty slots).

- The Animation ( The normal animations are just very cool and good looking, but the "like" achivement is just very bad in looks. Also the achievements like the "Rush Streak" which can be slide and seen are very hazy)

These were some of the problems I faced using Chess.com, I hope this problems will be solved soon.

I agree, is not a user friendly interface, I struggle to unlock awards, and a lot of google search is required.
