Rating system complaint

So my complaint is that if you just started playing, you will get your rating downgraded hugely, and if you learnt how to play better after that, you will need to win a ton of games in order to get some decent rating back again, and you will get matched with people who have more rating than you in order to get some +9 or something like this, just because your rating "isn't stabilised yet" (beacuse you're improving), that means the system works in order to get you down, isn't that weird? Not very encouranging for new players.

The rating system works to quickly get you to a stable rating as a new player, whether that's up or down, but as you play more games your rating uncertainty decreases (the rating deviation value) and you'll get lower rating changes.

If someone later improves, after a lot of games and having a low RD value, then it will take a little longer for the rating to increase, but if a player is a lot stronger, it shouldn't take too long.

Nope, just played the game against someone with +120 more rating than me, for the win I get only 10, for lose 6, and for a draw I got only 2, make it make sense?

That's looks pretty normal for a player with a stable rating. If you're really stronger, the rating will go up as you play more games.

I think you also go up significantly if you win.
