Remove rating on puzzles

The puzzles are intended to help us learn strategies, and things of that nature. Having a rating system that drops your score substantially every time you make a mistake seems counterintuitive. I struggle to understand the logic here, as there have been many times when I was afraid to find out the solution to a puzzle, because I knew it would negatively impact my score.

I’m not saying get rid of ratings on puzzles altogether. Give them their own category for those who want the challenge. But for the rest of us who want to learn from this without stress, surely there is a better reward system that can be implemented.

Don't take rating to serious. Use it as a tool, that make you take puzzles seriously, and embrace the rating drop as a strong feedback - and it is by feedback you learn.

There's an unrated learning mode available using the Custom Puzzles option
