Fair Play Concern Related to Specific Regions

Recently, I have frequently encountered cheating behavior on Chess.com, and many of these accounts appear to be registered from India. This is not meant to generalize or discriminate against any nationality; it is simply an observation based on my recent experiences.

For the sake of fair play, I believe Chess.com should consider giving players the option to filter or select opponent regions. This feature would help players feel safer and ensure a more transparent and competitive environment.

You do realize that the flag someone chooses doesn't mean that is where they are from or located?

I keep facing cheating players, and a huge number of them seem to be from India. It’s extremely obvious and it happens constantly.

I have a feeling that this thread might end up just like the previous one did

We should not be afraid to speak the truth

The site won't add an option to block/filter based on actual location or self reported flag.

That said, the perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean.
