I'm writing this in this category because I think it is the closest match. How long does it usually take for chess.com to shut down a person reported racist? I'm asking this because a user said bad words during a game with me, and when I refused to rematch after he lost, the person said I'm an inferior race and trash. I reported the person a day ago, and the account is still there Does it usually take more than a day for chess.com to shut down the account?

50 percent players on daily chess are using the chess engine,,,,and nobody is doing nothing about it....ive sended hudreds of reports....
