Can you make like a folder where you can save your most memorable games?

Yes, I think you can!
You can save your most memorable games in your Analysis by clicking “Save Analysis.” This will make the game save to your Analysis tool, but not as a special spot in your history. Only premium members can do it, but since you’re a Diamond member, you should be able to do it.
For games against bots, you can press the “Save to Archive” button, and they will show up in your game history like any other game.
You can also just export the PGNs of your most memorable completed games, and paste them into a Google Doc or other text program of your choice. Then, when you’re ready to revisit them, you can import the PGN you want into the Analysis tool.
