Should a disconnect happen and the points are awarded to the wrong person. The aggrieved player can lodge an appeal rather block or report. The software should be able to assess the position and give the "true" outcome. To stop players appealing every time they lose a limit could be set to 3 failed appeals in week then no appeals allowed for a month.
But losing by disconnection is a "true" outcome. It happens when you have a weak connection. It doesn't depend on the board position.
They used to let people disconnect and rejoin multiple times in a game. Sometimes it seemed like people were disconnecting and reconnecting every few seconds. It was quite annoying.
According to your achives, you have lost 20 games by abandonment and have won 19 that way.
