Side-nar/menu: Under Community, there should be a direkt link to daily team matches. They are too hidden under the club page imho.
Statistics:
Daily-team matches:
Filters need to be updated. It is currently not possible to see upcoming daily matches, to which a user is registered, too. I currently have to click on all avalable daily team matches/ or remember where I registered. That makes it hard to receive an overview. As you are only notified once daily team matches start, it can happen that you miss a match if you don't login everyday.
Achievments:
As many others have already written, the achievments defitinely need to be reworked. A lot of the x matches played for a specific game mode (bullet, blitz, live, bughouse, dailychess 960, livechess960) are not displayed. The achievments are broken since more than 1 year and there is currently no timeline when they are fixed. I am paying for a service which lacks features (after I used all benefits, I consider cancelling my subscription)
APP:
No Premoves ability: This feature is heavily used on the website, and could easily be implemented on the app. Please implement it.
No badges & match trophies: Both entities are not visible on the app in the user profile and also cannot be given via the match chat/ after a match in the opponent's profile. But the achievment is visible on the mobile app. That requires a user to login to the 'cluncky website'.
Statistics:
The Bughouse (tandem chess) statistics are missing which connects to my next critique...
Variants:
It is not possible to play variants on the app, that is a dearly missed feature.
