In your opinion, what's Chess.com's best feature?

One-stop shopping for turn-based, live, online db, forums, good people, good staff.

prawneatsprawn, goldendog, stevecollyer, bigpoison, kuopov, thegrobe, theoreticalboy, electricpawn, ozzie_c, reb, kacparov, stats_man, rainbowrising (no it's not a gay coalition), tonydal and others...
the members. period. also kinda the worst thing i guess.

If you need information or a laugh, just place a call to the membership.
They know everything and are so creative and often hilarious.
When tonydal cares to post a lot, he's top notch in all areas.

I like turn-based chess here quite a bit. Interesting articles. The forums are interesting. And Chess.com has easy to understand navigation, which comes in handy when intoxicated

Whilst I'm deeply honoured to be mentioned amongst such dick royalty, I should point out that really, it is the hysterical forum posters who provide such fertile ground for insults who are truly deserving of our thanks.

I'm a big fan of the computer analysis, that you can request after the conclusion of a game. Most of the time, it does a good job of kibitzing after the fact; but, ocassionally, I see it telling me that a mistake or inaccuracy has been made, and yet when it brances on the move I made, or the move it thinks I should have made, the outcome is still, "White has a decisive advantage." Not sure what use that is to me, as either way, a decisive advantage was gained. Perhaps I need to explore the analysis more carefully, or less, I'm not sure.
