Clubs take time to build, you get 30 invites a day use them to invite members and maybe have something in description that the club does.

Getting reported doesn't get you kicked out: doing something that is worth being kicked out gets you kicked out. If that's what happened to your "other account", then you won't need to leave, Chess.com should kick you out of this account as well, because you don't just get to come back and create a new account and continue the same behaviour.
