Urr? Reset your device? I'm not actually sure but I had a different problem clearing cache didn't fix but resetting did

Unable to play two games as Guest in a row. I have to close the window, open a new one, and type in chess.com and start over. "New 10 minute game" isn't working.
When I clear all of my caches, then type in chess.com, and try to play, I get this:
