It’s not. I lied. It is the bar none the worst and a step in the wrong direction. Why would I want a cartoon character taking up that much screen? Even Microsoft 99 allowed you to get rid of the paper clip guy because they knew it wasn’t for everyone (and useless). I miss seeing the list of moves instead of a slide show of useless interface.
