they have bookmarks in the web browser
Add feature to "favorite" articles?
+1 for DrCheckevertim's feature request for me. That applies not only to articles but to all kind of chess.com fantastic content! You browse chess.com here and there from many different devices and browsers. Browser's bookmarks simply dont do the job well enough. I'd love it.
I agree, I have just subscribed and given how amazing well done this whole site is I was surprised this wasn't a feature. I access the site from many different devices so being able to add articles and videos etc as favourites would be a great addition.
It would be easy enough to implement, too. I could program it and I barely know anything about programming.
Just add a favorite button at the end of each submission, whether it's an article, video, forum thread, or whatever. Clicking it saves that link to your account favorites. Favorites would automatically get categorized/labelled as "video" "blog" "article" "forum thread" or whatever category. Then you can sort by title, category, date, or author.
This would definitely improve the site's enjoyability and resourcefulness... and ultimately, its worth to the users. Something to think about if you're serious about chess.com being a superior site.

It would be nice if we could "favorite" articles, so that we could easily go back through all our most liked material and not lose it.
