Being penalized unfairly

I continually have my play restricted be cause at the beginning of many matches, the opponent aborts and then I am penalized for the cancellation. Why is this and what can be done about it?

I've reset the restriction for you. Aborts can happen two ways -- by clicking the 'Abort' button or by waiting too long to make your first move, 15-20 seconds. If your opponent is doing this, you shouldn't be receiving the warning and restriction, though. If it is your opponent, you will see the message saying 'Opponent's Name may have violated our Fair Play Policy." When you see the message does it always say this?

No, sometimes I receive warnings without having touched anything. Someone may try to disrupt the connection or even resign in defeat and I'll still see a warning to "play fair" without having done anything...
