Change Request - "On players removed in team matches"

i request chess.com development team to make a change asap,

• When ever a team removes/deletes their players from table, chess.com should automatically unlock(if already locked) the other team roster and should send message to the team about the details of players removed.

So in these ways we can have a balanced/fair team matches.

Chess.com admins please get back on this.

Say you are playing a team match and this is the roster: 

and team a locks their roster and team b takes out their lowest 5 rated players and lock their roster, the game is not fair.

"Through negotiation between teams, set the pairings so either team has a chance of winning the match. This means registered players will be judiciously cut to even out the pairings. This makes it more fun for all."

 Even you set 10+ or 30+ players, same problem applicable, if 40+ tables registered and the other captain removes the 10 after locking?

Also, even after dicussing with captains, we cannot rely any. Human has the tendancy to break and violate any code of conduct.

So, everything should be controlled by the system.

Anyways, nowadays i set matches as +10, +25... at lease i get some fair play!

ok got it... but if tables are registered more.. as an admin i cannot leave lower players in 11,12....15. so i do not set MAX limit for player. 

maximum limit can be set to the unfair groups at least
