What is an official fide title.... anyone? And how to win it.
I'm going to answer your second question with a combination of mine and Fezzik's first answers: win a lot of games at tournements until FIDE takes notice and awards you a title. A FIDE title is basically an award recieved when you publicly display your playing strength against others via tournements. Expect to have to win a lot of tough games if you want one though... lots and lots of very tough games.
