One of the options for Live is to auto-watch the top game. Not exactly the same but similar.

Chess.com is sorely missing a follow highest rated button. It is the best thing about ICC for railbirds like myself. Chess.com has a huge crowd of observers who would love this addition. Very basic command but one of the best!
