No, you have to help the people in need and answer questions based off the important evidence.

I see and how will you deal with the inevitable cads and bounders?  We have a lady super admin in one of our groups and she takes a power of abuse from boorish dullards.

Thats easier said than done.  If you have ever created any kind of content for the internet you get all kinds of abuse from petty jibes to tactless and quite hurtful comments.  If you have elephant skin then you ok, but otherwise you could suffer.

Depends on how harsh they do stuff. If light, then probably just a talk on don’t do that. If harsh, then a talk with another mod/staff (if necessary) and a simple warning. If continues, definitely a warning and talk with staff. If needed, talk with the staff on if to ban or not
