[POOR CODE]: Long Topics Taking Ages To Load...

That's because your internet is slow. It sits there, frozen, because the request (AJAX request) the tactics trainer makes still isn't completed. By going back to the home screen you abort it, hence, no rating change.

Apparently you need to explain the difference in its behavior when it deducts from me, when it freezes but doesn't add to me. How is that slow internet...Ever since they started this V-3 crap, it has been happening.

My interenet isn't slow. This site will be the only one that lags for me. Care to explain that ? You didn't already explain, know it all. I don't care how much you think you know. I haven't been the only one having the problem either...

...maybe it's your internet that is slow and that is why you stuff isn't loading ?
