I have same problem it works on computer but freezes on IPAD no help from chess.com

Live Chess is "glitching out" tonight! I've tried to play no more than thirty games in the past twenty minutes, and every one of them had to be aborted because the boards were frozen. Completely unresponsive. Catatonic. Petrified. You get the point, I couldn't play. And neither could anyone else! To add to the frustration, my ability to abort was blocked after four automatic abortions! (I didn't manually abort them, I know better than that now.) Will SOMEONE please give me feedback on why this is happening? And also fix this, if they happen to be staff? Thanks, Alek.
