racism on chess.com app

If you're on the app I'm not sure where the report button is, I'm sorry this is happening! D:
Usually if you provide a screenshot in a email to chess.com they will mute/ban the member. You can also block them, which I am pretty sure is available for you to do on their profile.
If you go on the website sometime, you can go to their profile and there should be a exclamation mark near their profile picture. Although you will still need to provide some kind of evidence.
If you're in the game with them on the website you can just hover over their username and the same exclamation mark will be there.
For Chess.com's email and support team, go here:
https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new
Fill out the forms. And you will get a response.
Additionally here is another part of the support:

I hope this helps.

Chess.com is teeming with racist. Unfortunately it is a microcosm of society. . The internet allows people to expose their true feelings while protected by anonymity. If you come to Chess.com just to play chess, I suggest you change your profile pic and disable chat. I use to think that the chess crowd was more intellectual and above spewing racist and sexist comments, boy was I wrong. Good luck.

IF you want to chat go the forums, me and my opponents have NOTHING to chat about. I am not changing my AVITAR because of some knuckle-heads !!
