Standard starting position in a new game/match

hi,

i found there are less options for 'Standard starting position' for a new game or a thematic match now. for example, i couldn't find scotch gambit opening anymore.  

under 1e4 cat.

C45 scotch games----scotch classical variation...

oops, not that one seems scotch gambit are gone...

Agreement between opponents on the Starting Position seems to be needed now on. Do put the "pre-moves" into a Game Chat.     

this is too inconvenient, especially in a team match.

There might be still the Proper Set Up in TM-Making. Have You checked it ???     

triple checked. it disappeared in both TM and 'Lets Play' game setting now.

and i guess that SG openning is not the only one had been removed.

Because there is the Team by that name "SG", I do recommend You to demand the Staff to return it into the SP-Repertoire.      

yes, i sent a report to CC already.

the reply from CC staff about this issue is: "I have added this to the suggestion list to be reviewed by the developers."

somehow my feeling for getting back the SG opening position is hopeless. 

No, it´s quite realistic, that they´ll put it back, if You clearly said You Group needs that Starting Position.     

I can understand Chess.com not wantimg to have to send all openings every time, but... How about just the 500 actual main ECO codes? Or how about a reduced default and then a button saying "Advanced" or somesuch to give a wider selection?
