Yes, the only consideration is whether or not you win. But this suggestion is just for simplicity. Whether you decide to play for a strong or weaker club doesn't matter, you would get a point for winning your match. So, your team may lose but your win would still count. This would also make Admin more active in creating matches for their players. It seems a lot of clubs here are clubs with no activity other than people joining and none related chess threads.
I have a great suggestion! I'm trying to motivate those in my group to play for this group instead of others that they may belong to. So, my suggestion is besides being awarded team match points, could chess.com allow the Super Admins to give out two points to each player that played? Perhaps one for joining the match and another for winning it. This would foster healthy competion and help Super Admins motivate people in their clubs.
