It seems on TT problems I do that the problem rating always changes the opposite number of points as my rating. This shouldn't really happen in glicko. Also the ratings changes seem much higher than the ratings changes at other sites e.g. the changes at chesstempo are about a point or so. Granted I only do the three a day but seems to be the case for regulars as well. Maybe the RD floor is set really high, much higher than 30?
