Why is 'The Master's Bulletin' not available to diamond members?

As a diamond member, I wasn't really aware of the master's bulletin. However, after I watched the recent video on the budapest gambit, I was intrigued and tried to access it, only to find it behind a paywall. As a diamond member, I thought I was privvy to all content? Is the master's bulletin not associated with chess.com?

              The Masters Bullitin was originally owned and published by Chessvibes.com;  When chess.com bought chessvibes, that was the agreement they ironed out. I don't like it, but I too own a very small diamond.
