Well they changed it so now you just have to wait 90 days, then your timeout % will go down (assuming you don't time out of more games).

Thanks for this info. I need to wait 90 days for my timeout to go down. Is there any other way for timeout % to go down aside from waiting for 3 months?

Hi, I took a 4 month lay off due to school.... My time out ratio went up to 82%.... How do I join tournaments.... I really want too.
