nope the staff can't help you there because your opponent hasn't broken any rules, your group has agreed to the time control at the start of the game.

He is the last game of the group stage and just so happened to go on vacation when he was scored at -12 and pretty obviously going to lose. It would be nice if you could end it and lt us move on.
