chess rating on tournament start

hello,

i have a question.

Example:

 I join to a tournament rating max. 1300. After 3 days my rating is larger 1300 and the tournament starts. What happend? Can i play in the tournament?

Only if the tournament director allows it - I believe most of them will manually remove you if tourney has not actually started.
