More sorting functions at tourneys

Right now you can sort in cery short ways for the tourney-creator or thematic etc.
Suggestion: There should be a function to sort for the overall-player-quantity and for the left people to start(so if there are just 4 people needed and 3 wanna play its shown at page 5 right now...)
Also there should be a maximum-time til a tourney should start...like 3 month...and than it starts if there are more than 2 players
Also there should be regulation for small tourneys...like non-premium-member can play 4 4-people-tourneys or 2 8-people-tourneys or 1 16-player-tourney or more
