I believe it does.Through Anarchy any inequality is possible to eliminate, at the cost of organized goverment structure.Through world domination (just an exageration), I meant that the world was being lead by one leader (or group). There would not be any large scale war, because there would not be an opposing government. Unity, and Organization.
